Fee Structure for Session – 2023-24

Security Deposit: ₹ 10,000/-
Imprest Amount: ₹ 20,000/-

FEE POLICY (Day Scholars)

• Monthly Fee, Transport Fee & Tiffin Chargesto be paid bi-monthly latest by 10^thto avoid late charges. Fee to be paid in the months of April, June, August, October, December, February.
• If 10^th of a month is a holiday, last date of payment is 9^th at school counter or bank. Online payment can still be made by 10^th of every month to avoid late fine.
• A rebate of 5% on monthly fee will be offered on payment of fee for the entire session before the beginning of the academic session, i.e., 31^st March 2024.
• The session charges to be paid before the beginning of the session i.e., 31^st March 2024.
• A late fine of ₹400/- will be charged per month for delay in monthly fee.
• A late fine of ₹200/- will be charged per month for the delay in Transportation fee if availed.
• A late fine of ₹400/- will be charged per month for delay in payment of Session Charge.
• Transport registration charges of Rs. 2000/- is applicable at the time of registration for transportation service. Not applicable if already registered during the previous years.
• Fee once paid is under no circumstances refundable.
• No cheque payment will be accepted.
• Transaction details of any online payment should be shared at fee@griffins.edu.in mentioning the student admission number and name in remarks.
• Parents are encouraged to sign up for JODO auto debit facility to avail extra 2% discount on monthly fee
• We accept fee payment through IMPS, IMT, UPI etc. or you can:

FEE POLICY (Term Boarding & Weekly Boarding)

1. Hostel fee to be paid as per the following schedule.

2. A late fine of 2% per month will be charged for payments beyond the stipulated dates.
3. Imprest expenses will be charged/refunded as per actuals basis. Any short/ excess Imprest expenses incurred by students, will be refunded/ demanded as per requirement.
4. Fee once paid is under no circumstances refundable.
5. No cheque payment will be accepted.
6. Transaction details of any online payment should be shared at fee@griffins.edu.in mentioning the student admission number and name in remarks.
