Music Art & Dance

Learning any instrument can help children excel in ways beyond the basic ABCs.

Music, both vocal and instrumental has become a crucial part of today’s learning system. Studies have shown that including musical lessons such as learning to play an instrument or class sing-alongs and even drama have a great impact on the way children learn and process knowledge. “There is a lot of evidence that kids immersed in the music & arts do better on their academic tests.”

Learning music, facilitates learning other subjects and enhances skills that children inevitably use in other areas. “A music-rich experience for children in singing, listening and moving is really bringing a very serious benefit to children as they progress into more formal learning.

At Griffins, we emphasize on professional music training for all starting from Grade KG2. Children having inclination and the required skills set after the initial assessment would be encouraged to take up professional courses in both instrumental and vocal music. We will train our students to get certification in music courses from renowned universities, would boost the confidence and lay the foundation to our future talents of the school. The 1650 sqft music room will help students in creating their own music using technologies like Apple Garageband.

Children learn a lot more from graphic sources now than in the past.

Art education teaches students how to interpret, criticize, and use visual information, and how to make choices based on it. Learning to create and appreciate visual aesthetics may be more important than ever to the development of the next generation of children as they grow up. The study of Arts helps children in more ways than one.

Griffins will introduce the children to the classical form and patiently include various genres to help quench the everlasting thirst of our children.

Dance education enhances physical, emotional, and social skills.

Preschoolers benefit from age appropriate instruction that enhances their physical, emotional, and social skills. If you’re looking to encourage self-expression, creativity, and imagination, a creative movement based dance class is a good fit for your child. Young children experience the love of learning through dance and music. There is a feeling of accomplishment in your child when they learn a new step, stretch their body, and work together with their class. International dance studio in 1650 sq feet with Wooden flooring adds flavour to the skill.

At Griffins, dance would help our children remain physically fit and express themselves outside the conventional ways of expression. The dance education provided in a disciplined way instills joy and growth within the learners and encourages them to express fully.

Children as young as two years old can enjoy the benefits of dance education. Exposure to dance and performance gives young children another way to express their emotions through story-telling plus reap the benefits of moving their bodies through a physical art form.

Our dance room is equipped with modern music system, wall to wall mirror; along with a dedicated dance teacher committed to provide the much required learning outside the classroom walls. We are proud to introduce classical dance and are committed to move slowly towards the various different forms going ahead.
